The 1230G Pit Boss offers versatility in 8-in-1 cooking, smoking, baking, braising, roasting, grilling, barbecuing, high-temperature grilling and browning – all in one. With advanced grill technology, premium gauge stainless steel construction and liquid propane or 100% natural wood pellet fuel, enjoy the larger, hotter, heavier features that can only come from a Pit Boss grill.

Temperature range from 85°C to 260°C and get instant direct or indirect heat with the innovative open flame system with the sliding plate. Then use the digital control panel and the stainless steel meat probes to keep track of the temperatures and set it and forget it, while the barbecue does all the work for you.
