5 Stainless Steel Burners.

Each and every Napoleon® brand burner has been carefully designed to offer the best performance and long life, such as the 5 burners on this barbecue.

Manufactured in 16 gauge 304 stainless steel , they ensure the best quality. It is an ideal material for food and outdoor use. Also, its design offers an optimal balance of fuel and oxygen for cleaner burning behavior for natural gas, butane and propane.

Its dual gas holes achieve even cooking from front to back of the grill and from one end to the other, preventing unwanted flare-ups and colder spots.

Rear Infrared Burner.

This infrared rear burner is for cooking food at a high temperature, browning a crust or roasting a chicken. It is the perfect burner together with a rotisserie (separate accessory), in which you can cook poultry, ribs, fish, vegetables and everything you can think of.

Smoker Burner

An ideal complement to smoke roasts. The smoker slot is built into the front of the control panel and is removable.

Fill with the smoking chips of your choice and slide the rail back on. By placing it directly on top of a burner. You will have a dedicated burner exclusively to ignite the chips and achieve the desired amount of smoke.

9.5mm Wave™ Stainless Steel Grates.

Safer knobs with Safety Glow™ and Night Light™

Bring more safety with perfect regulation, at any time with cooking chamber control: with the special SAFETY GLOW™ knobs , you can immediately see if the corresponding burner or burner is open or closed. The controls light up in blue and red. Blue means the burner is off (or no gas flow), and red means the gas supply is open.

Note: Check that the "red" burners are lit. The lighting does not indicate if the burner is actually on, only if the gas flow is open or closed.

Accu-Probe™ Thermometer
